NCDRC issues a public notice in newspapers to invite other Raheja Vedaanta Owners & Residents to join the legal case against Raheja Builders

 

In a significant move in the case against Raheja Builders, the NCDRC (National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission) has issued a public notice in news papers to invite other Raheja Vedaanta Owners and residents to join the legal case against Raheja Builders.

For example a notice was published in the NCR/New Delhi region main paper of the Hindustan Times on page number 17 on the October 22nd 2015

Call for joining the Legal Group against Raheja Builders

 

This is a call for all owners and residents of Raheja Vedaanta and Vedas at Sector 108 Dwarka Expressway Gurgaon to join the legal group which is fighting a case against Raheja Builders in NCDRC (National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission).

We hope that the first edition of the newsletter of “RAHEJA VEDANTA Owner’s”, sent nearly a fortnight back would have reached you by now and would have given preliminary insight of the ground realities and the current issues prevailing.

We received response from 33 new members and find the various concerns intriguing.

The second edition of the monthly newsletter is a way forward to apprise all esteemed colleagues about the developments during the previous month and also try to suggest plausible alternative measures to address their concerns raised.
